Returns & Cancellations

At 1776 Firearm Solutions LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issuance date.

Eligible Returns

Products returned in new, unopened condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging may be eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Refund the original payment method

All approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned products must include:

  • Original packaging

  • Manuals

  • Documentation

  • Accessories

  • Registration materials

  • Any other items included by the manufacturer

Products returned with opened packaging will incur an additional 15% open-box fee, resulting in a total deduction of 30% (15% restocking fee + 15% open-box fee).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special-order or custom-configured products.

  • Products sold "As-Is" or "Used."

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or used after delivery.

  • Firearms after transfer has been completed through the receiving FFL.

  • Optics, electronic sights, illumination devices, lasers, thermal optics, and night vision equipment.

  • Must be returned to the manufacturer for any and all warranty affiliated work.

  • NFA-regulated items, including suppressors and other items requiring federal registration.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. 1776 Firearm Solutions LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Orders refused by the customer may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any carrier fees incurred.

Firearm Sales & Compliance

All firearms, receiver, magazine, ammunition, and restricted-item sales are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that any firearm, magazine, ammunition, accessory, or component is legal to own and possess in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Age Requirements

Federal law generally requires:

  • Must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles and shotguns

  • Must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, receivers, and “other” regulated firearms.

State and local laws may impose additional restrictions.

FFL Transfers

All firearms purchased through 1776 Firearm Solutions LLC must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and transferred in accordance with federal and state laws.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting a receiving FFL dealer.

  • Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.

  • Completing all required background checks and paperwork.

If a customer fails a background check, refuses transfer, or cannot legally take possession of a firearm, the firearm may be returned to us and subject to all applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Warranties

New firearms and optics are typically shipped with the manufacturer's accessories and warranty coverage. Warranty claims for defects should generally be directed to the original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

1776 Firearm Solutions LLC does not provide manufacturer warranty coverage beyond any guarantees expressly provided in writing.

Pricing & Product Description Errors

Despite our efforts to maintain accuracy, occasional pricing, inventory, or description errors may occur.

1776 Firearm Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

  • If an order is canceled due to a pricing or description error, customers will not be charged, or a full refund will be issued.

  • If an incorrectly described item is inadvertently shipped, customers must return the product in unused, unopened condition before a refund or exchange can be processed.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees that 1776 Firearm Solutions LLC shall be the final authority regarding product listing discrepancies, pricing errors, and catalog corrections.
